3 disc set update

The management have sent us the following statement about the 3 disc Convention set:

We sincerely apologise for the late arrival of the Convention 3 disc set. This has been caused by a production problem at the DVD pressing plant that was completely out of our control and meant that everyone’s names had been missed from the DVD end credits. This added to the delay of re-editing the footage which had already occured. We have kept pushing the manufacturers constantly but with little joy. We have now been informed that the new, corrected package will be shipped to you late next week by first class post but it may only arrive with you on the actual release date for the Giants album itself.

By way of an apology for the delay, we urgently arranged a limited pressing of promo copies of the album over the weekend and we will despatch a copy later this week to everyone who has ordered the 3 disc set. You should receive them by this weekend latest. Please accept this as a gift from us in the light of the situation and with it our sincerest apologies.

We really hope the delay doesn’t affect your enjoyment of the 3 disc set and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
