Australian April tour

We’re pleased to announce that the band are making a welcome return Down Under in April next year for a five date headlining tour. It will be the band’s first visit to Oz since they were the special guests on Blondie’s tour there in December 2012. The tour kicks off in Sydney at the Metro on Sunday the 17th, next is the Tivoli in Brisbane on Monday the 18th, Wednesday 20th sees a visit to Melbourne Corner Hotel and then it’s on to the Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide on Friday 22nd. The final date of the tour sees the band fly to WA to play at the Metropolis Fremantle in Perth on Saturday the 23rd which is the band’s first appearance in the city since the Norfolk Coast era back in 2004.  Self-declared Aus-o-phile Baz is really looking forward to the tour: “We always have a great time in Australia…Last time we were there we were special guests to someone so it’ll be nice to go back and do some shows of our own this time…They know how to do it down there and we always rise to it…bring it on!”

Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow (Thursday 28th) at 9am from here and general sale starts on Friday 28th of August. Specific ticket links are in the left hand gig listing…
