Back On The Tracks tour over…

The band’s mammoth Back On The Tracks 20 date tour of UK and Ireland came to an end last night with a fitting finale in the packed O2 Apollo in Manchester. Lasting over a month, the itinerary kicked off with a couple of dates across the Irish Sea before blitzing around the mainland from Aberdeen to Brighton with many sold out gigs along the way. The setlist was a real career-spanning selection with some hits, many seldom played songs plus four new songs: Water, The Last Men On The Moon, Payday and This Song which all bode well for the band’s next album. Thanks, as always, go to the band’s hardworking and dedicated crew and this year’s special guests Dr Feelgood, who warmed up the crowd nicely every night. The most important thanks go to the band’s dedicated hordes of fans, some of whom traveled from the USA and Japan, who packed out show after show. They couldn’t do it without you…cheers! Next stop the US in a couple of months…
