Gospel According To The Meninblack limited vinyl reissue

The next album to receive a deluxe vinyl reissue is The Gospel According To The Meninblack, the final LP from the band’s six UA/Liberty era studio releases. The re-release is limited to 1000 numbered copies and sees the original 10 track LP coupled with a bonus 12 track album (7 of which are previously unreleased), entitled The Meninblack Revelations, which features the stand alone singles Bear Cage & Who Wants The World, all associated b-sides, three live tracks and the brass band reworking Marchinblack. In addition, it also includes super rare different versions of three tracks from original studio mastertapes. Both albums are pressed on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl, the original LP on black and the bonus on alien-esque fluorescent green. They are housed in a gatefold sleeve featuring the stunning reworking of Da Vinci’s Last Supper plus newly designed inner sleeves with lyrics and photos. In addition, the double album includes a 10″ x 10″ art print featuring the Maninblack studying the album image from the LP release advert, all of which are hand-signed by the band. The Gospel… reissue album is available to pre-order from Townsend Music here now and it is expected to ship early December in good time for Christmas…
