Top 40 Stranglers tracks-the fans decide…

Updated 5th Feb- Just a reminder that, if you want to,  you have until Monday 10th February to submit your Stranglers Top 40 tracklist. Thanks to the multitude of people around the world who have already submitted their lists.

Ever wondered what the most popular Stranglers’ tracks are? Well, we aim to find out by asking the band’s fans around the world what their own favourite songs are… This data will then be collated to produce a definitive Top 40 list.

Fan Bazza Cridland has volunteered to undertake this massive task and has sent us the following statement:

The music of The Stranglers has been woven into the fabric of countless fans lives over the last forty years, all of whom have their own thoughts on the best album or their personal favourite single. The time has come to bring all of those differing opinions together for one definitive Top 40 list of Stranglers’ tracks as voted for by you, the band’s Fans.  

To celebrate The Stranglers’ 40th year in the music industry, and with the band and management’s seal of approval, I would love to hear what your Top 40 songs are…  I will then collate everyone’s selections and compile the ultimate Stranglers Top 40 track list. 

Please send your Top 40 track listing here and number them from 1 to 40 with 1 being your top selection and so on in descending order. The closing date for submissions is 10th February 2014 and remember to include your name as we will be rewarding a random group of lucky fans with signed pictures of the band.
